Parents should always include a note when their child is going to an after school activity. But with everything going on at your home, writing that note everytime can be a daunting task. We have preprinted absent/late/going to after school pads on sale for $5 each pad.

Please put $5 in an envelope to PTA (RE: After School Notepad), and put it in your child's backpack. We'll get it to your child ASAP.
